The ETP (Educator Training Program)

The Educator Training Program (ETP) is a youth leadership initiative presented by TMC that prepares young people to become confident educators, trainers, and mentors within their communities. Through interactive workshops, collaborative learning, and hands on activities, participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to effectively teach and support others. The program covers educational best practices, communication techniques, instructional tools, digital resources, and professional presentation skills. Participants also engage in realistic role play scenarios, peer teaching exercises, and leadership simulations that strengthen their ability to facilitate learning in a supportive and engaging environment. ETP is designed to empower youth by building confidence, promoting collaboration, and creating the next generation of student educators who can share knowledge, lead educational initiatives, and make a meaningful impact in their schools and communities.
